cancellation policy
At Lita's Nil Salon, we request that all cancellations or rescheduling be made at least [24] hours in advance. This avoids a cancellation fee of [50%] of the scheduled service cost.
No-shows or cancellations made less than [24] hours before the appointment time will incur a [50%] charge of the scheduled service.
This policy allows us to efficiently manage our staff’s schedules and ensure we can accommodate the needs of all our valued clients.
We understand that emergencies arise and we will consider exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis.
